1. Project and concept specification

Creatives helps you specify the tasks that the Actors will perform.

In case of large events, Creatives' team directly interacts with the scenarist/exhibition maker in order to take fully advantage of the Actors potential.

2. Implementation of the map

The Actors must know their environment in order to move around properly. In order to so, a map of your environment is created and given to the Actors.

3. Implementation of the scenario

Once the tasks of the Actors are defined, Creatives will translate them into the proper format and program the Actors to accomplish them. This is done in two steps: A first version of a scenario is implemented and then validated by our experience, then a refinement loop is performed on site to ensure the quality of the event.

4. Installation

The theater Actors are installed on site by Creatives.

5. Service during exhibition / Training of exhibition staff

Depending on the duration of the event, the service can be guaranteed either by Creatives or by an exhibition staff provided by the client. In this last case, Creatives provides the necessary training to ensure a successful operation.
